It is our desire at PlatformBedsPLUS.com to provide you with the best in quality and design. If there is any problem with the manufacturing of your product, or if any damage occurs during shipping, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you. In addition, all of our products carry a minimum of a one year warranty (some items carry a longer manufacturer’s warranty that is noted in the product description).
This warranty covers any damage that occurs due to normal use of the items. If any damages occur due to abnormal use, or if replacement parts are required after the warranty expires, replacement parts (in most cases) will be available for purchase from PlatformBedsPLUS.com.
At PlatformBedsPLUS.com, we are very careful about the products that we carry and the manufacturers that we deal with. This philosophy seems to work, as returns to our company are extremely rare. However, if you do purchase a product and decide that it is not right for you, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the items. To return an item, you must first contact a PlatformBedsPLUS.com representative to get instructions. You will be responsible for getting the item back to us. You can either send any items yourself, or we can arrange for our freight carrier to pick the items up from you. Once we receive the items back, we will give you a refund in the form of a company check or credit card refund for the total amount of your purchase, minus any cost that we incur getting the items back to us. Please note that custom items may not be returnable.
